Jubilee - 40th anniversary of the company
It was an evening full of excitement! Runway was dominated by beauty, chic, elegance and… LOVE! Natural fur in amazing colors, Italian laces, ethereal tulles, everything pure, fleeting and topped off soft crystals. Inscriptions on creations reminded everyone that love is the most important thing in life: Donna pienad’Amore - woman full of love… come Venezia - like Venice.
For last 40 years we have been constantly inspired by what is beautiful, and everything we do - we do it with love. During creations of our jubilee fashion show, we were inspired by Venice - Venezia piena d’Amore - beautiful city filled with love that Italians consider as their precious gem - Il gioiello piu prezioso.
Gondolas, shine of the lights reflecting on the water… City that is constantly moving, it never sleeps even at night its still full of life with beautiful music and carnival balls.
We decided to take you for a carnival that is the reason why this year fashion show is titled Il Carnevale di Venezia. We, the citizens of Bydgoszcz have our own gem - Bydgoszcz’s Venice, that is a reason why it is so close to our hearts.
Tradition of Venice carnival is il volo dell’Angelo - angel’s flight that is the beginning of this celebration time. Gli Angeli sono il ponte tra il divino e l’umano – Angels are the bridge between the divine and the human…
Crowd waiting in tense at St. Mark’s Square. Suddenly a mysterious figure flew from the belfry - it is an Angel who descends from heaven to touch the human…
It is always someone unique and special, a person who hides true face behind a mask till the end…
And so begins carnival in Venice…
Ho chiesto a Dio l’acqua… e mi ha dato il mare.
Gli ho chiesto la luce… e mi ha dato il sole.
Gli ho chiesto di conoscere l’angelo…
e mi ha dato il Tuo nome…
I asked God for water… and he gave me the sea.
